After a chaotic end to last year, I’m easing into 2026 with slower mornings, gentler routines, and a story that’s already tugging at my heart: Hamnet by Maggie O’Farrell, our first book club pick of the year. And with February’s organised read‑along for Slags just around the corner, it feels like the perfect moment to reconnect, reset, and remind myself why this community means so much.
